Our Attorney, Parker E. Howle, is an experienced real estate and probate attorney, having acted as a real estate closing agent for more than a decade in the Pee Dee area of South Carolina.  He brings his experience from the closing table to his current practice helping clients resolve their title-related issues. Now based in Columbia, South Carolina, Parker’s primary focus is on real estate litigation.   Born and raised in Darlington, South Carolina, he strives to take the lessons he learned as a small-town attorney to focus on building strong personal relationships with his clients in a time of increasingly distant and impersonal legal representation.
